If you are making the 8ft wide shed, perhaps these metal pieces are strong enough to do the job. With most plans on-line for 10ft wide sheds, and other shed kits specified as 10ft wide, the 10ft width is of the base and framing, not including the sheathing on the side walls - but this kit's plans assume 1/2" sheathing so the base you build is really 9ft 10 inches wide.
The instructions in the cut list for the 10ft wide shed did not seem to specify the length of part NN, a part for the front door jamb assembled near the end, however, from the step of building this jamb it can be seen that NN is 97" long.
I am not an expert, but I have built one previous gambrel-roof shed from scratch before. The roof trusses are a critical component.
I hoped the kit would speed up the building of a 10ft wide shed by expediting truss assembly, however, due to the factors above, the kit actually slowed down the process, since I had to add members for structural integrity.
Update, DO NOT build the floor the way it says on the ground, use pressure treated and elevate it with piers or blocks, my sub floor rotted after three years, it has to be vented!!!!!!
Update: so after learning what not to use on the subfloor, I jacked up the shed, removed the rotted floor, installed pressure treated 4x6 perimeter with 4x4 pressure treated, 16" on center, screwed and glued down 3/4 " plywood, and sealed the plywood with primer sealer. I used blocks to elevate it 2" off the ground.
I built the 8X7 model (with lower walls so as to stay within the HOA's height restrictions). The reason for not giving it a 5 out of 5 rating is that:
1) The plans call for a floor that is 8' long and also a roof that is 8' long. Wow! No overhang? No tolerance for walls that may not be perfectly upright?
2) The hardware that keeps the studs upright are not strong enough. You may need a second person to hold things up for you or you may have to add small angle brackets on the inside as you go.
I reduced the floor by 6 inches in length.
I used almost 5 pounds of 2 1/4 screws. I also pre-drill the holes so that I do not have to deal with 2X4s splitting.
Suggestions for other buyers:
1) Use the excessive roof cutoffs for racks.
2) Put a sheet metal angle piece on the exit to save the floor.
3) If the shed will be put on a concrete slab, put wheels on the floor frame (at the time you build that). That way you can push the shed around as you wish. I thought about the wheels too late and ended up put ting2 inch PVC pipes under the shed to move it back and forth to be able to get to the back that was up against a wall.
4) Whatever other plywood cutoffs you have, put them down on the floor. That way you do not waste them (you will have a use for them later on), they help protect the floor and they do not take up any valuable space..
A few of the other reviews mentioned missing parts. My husband thought that at first as well but quickly realized that the parts are there. One box comes with enough pieces for a 7'x8'. If you want to build an 8'x14' or 10'x22' you'll need two or three kits total, respectively.
Overall it looks pretty simple. The directions are easy to read and lists every piece of wood and cut necessary for completion. He'll be building ours this weekend. Will update if anything pertinent occurs during construction.

If I were to do this all over again, I would pre-cut all the parts ahead of time. Depending on your finishing materials, your total cost may vary. I used house wrap, shingles, and vinyl siding. I also put it on 6 concrete blocks on skids which added more to the cost. We have been using the shed for 2 months now and we are very happy about the extra space that was freed up in our garage. I attached a video time lapse of our build. I recommend this product.
The cost is probably just as much as a pre-made plastic shed you will find in Lowes, but the built quality is much more stronger, you can also customize the inside to your liking.
Fun project for a weekend or two.
