This Stereo adaptor will allow you to use your 3.5mm headphones or microphone on a device that is parallel to a wall or other object, which might normaly make it dificult to fit a standard straight jack cable in. The adaptor is designed in a right angle shape for easier access to some hard to get to devices. It also provides high quality stereo sound through the nickel stereo connection jack.

This can be paired with other solid-body adapters to tuck cables behind the laptop in unusual configurations, as well, so the primary purpose of this cable is to give the bend without limiting how it can be connected.
This is really a nice right angle cable because the bend is only 13mm, meaning that's all the farther it sticks out from the jack. Very nice.
Oh, and you have equipment with open 3.5mm Jacks, well, you should get one of these for each one you find, so you can plug it in and keep dust out of the holes. They are flush to the equipment and won't break off, and they are then handy when you need one.
Male plug never fit 100% correctly in my Mac. I had used it for a while becuase my computer sat inside a cabinet and was never touched. but if i bumped the cabinet or looked at if funny it would stop working. Didn't put up with that for too long and bought something else that worked.
There are some notes about it though, the cord was much thicker than i was expecting, which in the end is probably a good thing. I just wasn't expecting a cord that is comparable to an RCA cable in thickness. Second, the first time i plugged my headphones into the Female end of the cord, it was a tight fit and i was a little concerned that the plug might be too small, however, with a little extra pressure it snapped right in.
Overall it's a solid product and has been doing what it's intended to do.
Don't waste your money, find some other option. I don't write many reviews but this one seemed necessary.
