42 Glitter, 39 Fluorescent, 21 Metallic, 19 Neon. That leaves only 39 normal colors (if you include Pastel). Many colors are only available in the special series. So you really don't get that many colors. Don't expect a good match for your color-by-number unless you want sparkly.
Don't have a lot of ink. Fill in an area the size of your thumb nail and the ink will go down by one millimeter. I labeled a cigar box with the words "PENCIL STUFF PENCIL STUFF." The letters were one inch high and 2mm thick. That used up half of the ink in the pen. That's pretty quick.
Poor/Non-existent quality control. Most pens work well and the ink flows freely, but one in ten you can feel the ball grind in the housing and the ink doesn't come out well. Some caps are loose and others can barely be snapped on. The pens dry out if the caps are not replaced correctly.
Takes forever, as in overnight, for the ink to dry. Before that you will risk smudging.
Not archive quality. Ink claims to be acid free, but glitter comes off and gets everywhere.
Bottom line - these pens only serve two purposes. One is a descent collection of special effects colors. The other is that it makes a good guilt gift for that daughter you don't spend enough time with.
