Battery life is ok. The charger seems pretty dangerous, no overage protection and includes a frightening warning. The grip tape is just gaffer's tape and it feels like it will peel off very easily if you use the hoop while sweating. No control for different light effects, and it's harder than expected to connect into a circle. It was less when I bought it, I was going to buy it again, but now that it's $20 more I'm going to pass. Shipped in a crinkley plastic bag with some instructions in very, very poor english. If you forget you're charging the battery you can burn your house down.

honestly this hoop rocks, its super light weight and fun to use. Assembling is not a problem, and you'll honestly never want to store it anywhere anyways. Great for beginners & fun for everyone around.

Too lightweight & battery coils jam easily.

This hula hoop is not the right weight - it's too light which makes it more difficult to use. Also, the area where you put the batteries - the coils tend to jam inside the hoop and it's a struggle to get them back in place. I would not buy this hoop again.

UPDATE: I only got to use the hula hoop for one evening and it stopped working. I do not recommend.

I down size quite a bit, I started with an 11 ft hoop that I made myself, quite heavy. Wanted to try out LED, this is a GREAT starter hoop for LED. Wouldn't recommend it to beginners since it is so light weight but it is simple, shipped on time, came with every piece in tact. I suggest charging the battery for a bit before using it for the first time (Maybe charge while you're laying the hoop out)

I was warned that hoops bought off Amazon were going to be complete wastes. This is NOT the case with this hoop! I am so in love with it! The product got to me BEFORE the expected date and I have been using it nonstop since I got it out of the box! You will love it!

so, i was a bit pressed for time and needed this hula hoop shipped ASAP for my girlfriend's birthday. the guys at eco groupe were super friendly and quick about getting back to me about expedited delivery. it arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and is used on a very regular basis.

service - excellent
product quality - excellent (the only very small issue is when snapping the on/off position into place it helps to bend the hoop just a tad, which isn't bad, just a helpful tip).
shipping - great (a little steep..but that was my bad for waiting til the last min).
