This flour is magnificent to work with the texture is fine and it makes the best cookies and breads. Wish it was just the price you pay for and not that extra food price they tacked on. Then I would order all the time.
It was wrapped with cellophane so there was no leakage tears or spills package came very nicely.

I bake bread on the weekends, so I go through more flour than most people. When I was measuring flour from a 5 lb 365 bag, I discovered a piece of cardboard (pictured). I contacted 365 customer service and they requested information on the flour bag, but I had already thrown it out. Beware of weird cardboard in your flour!
