I'm laughing at the reviews stating that the product doesn't tell you how much to use. Use a recipe, people - I guarantee it's somewhere about 0.5-1 tsp/tbsp. Anyhow, this a baking powder with no scent. I use it to bake things. It does what God intended it to do.

Great for making oven-baked chicken wings

I bought this specifically for making chicken wings. I read online that if you lightly toss the wings in ALUMINUM-FREE baking powder, it helps them get ridiculously crispy in the oven. It was right! And because it's aluminum free, it didn't have a bitter taste. For regular baking, I'll probably stick with normal BP but for my oven-baked wings, this is the one!

Basic quality, good value for money

Baking soda is such a basic product, it's hard to find something to complain (or praise) about it.

Quality wise, the 365 Everyday Value is decent, gets a rise in baked gods, pancakes or microwave mug cakes. But I would say the best baking soda out there is definitely Rumford, followed by Calumet and Arm&Hammer; with the 365 Everyday Value I don't get the fizzyness and raise of the other three.
The 10oz is a great value if you use baking soda often, otherwise it will slowly become inactive.

What I wish is that the container wouldn't have the whole mouth wide open, maybe have a stopped or partial enclosure; otherwise the packaging is just fine.

Great baking powder but I wish it had a flat metal edge for leveling

Standard baking powder that mimics the name brand. I just wish it had a metal edge on the inside so you could level off measuring spoons. I end up using the hard edge on the lid. Just don't press too hard else it will be concave when leveling.

Can't understand why there are 2 labels with one badly pasted over the original one. A 5 year can do a better job!!! Unfortunately, there is no exchange/return on this item so out of curiosity will peel the outer label to see if it's the 2 labels are the same or otherwise.

Was an old can with a new label that was very easy to remove... scary to to think how old this might actually be! it's metal on top and bottom of can but cardboard under the label so I'm just going to toss it out instead of chancing using it. Not impressed

shouldn’t advertise 0 carbs

The first ingredient is corn starch, so the product has carbs while they advertise as 0 carbs. Corn starch has 2 carbs per teaspoon.
Secondly, there’s a sticker on top of the original one. This is not something you like to see on food items. This product doesn’t meet my standard. And by the way, this is not returnable even though it is sealed.
