EDIT: After using this a little more and mixing it up better, it is not oily at all and actually very tasty. You have to mix this one up like you do the natural butters, there is a thin layer of oil on top. We will be back for more.

It is just okay. It is not what I was expecting. If you like nut butter that is mixed with oil like the major brands sell. You will like this and be pleased. It is cashews, so it has to be good and it is. I was looking for more of a natural all cashew butter flavor and failed to read the ingredients, I assumed it was all cashew. One star docked because this is very heavy on the oil tasting but it does taste good and will not be going to waste at all, I will use on salads.

The taste is great and, surprisingly, doesn’t miss the salt. However, I wish I had poured off most of the oil on top before mixing the first time as it’s very oily and the consistency is too thin for my liking. It’s far more pourable and drippy than I prefer. As it was on 50% off sale, I’m very satisfied but, I’d seek out another brand instead of paying full price in future.
