This cocoa powder makes the most delicious, dreamy, creamy, velvety hot cocoa. I added a dash of cinnamon for sweetness and a smidgen of cayenne pepper for spiciness, and this was a fabulous cup of hot cocoa. It did not require any sugar, which can be added if you truly like your hot cocoa sweet. I thought that this cocoa powder was much better than Droste or any other cocoa powder I have tried. The price point is reasonable, and you will not be disappointed with the taste. Definitely recommended....

Really good quality and taste. Expensive, but worth it. I drink a cold cup of hot chocolate every day and it is delicious.
Here is my recipe for cold hot chocolate:
Add a small spoon of this chocolate powder (dosage up to your preference) into the cup. Add cold milk and optionally a tiny bit of maple syrup. Stir with a spoon, be careful not to get powder everywhere (practice makes perfect). Wait a minute (e.g. fix the rest of your breakfast). Stir again until most of the powder has dissolved. Enjoy! :)

Alternatively, you can use a cocktail mixer but a spoon will do. Make sure to use quality milk.
