I bought this almond butter for the great price!!! It is getting so expensive and more and more difficult to find in my area. I'm a vegan and almondbutter is part of the protein I need every day. This almondbutter is very smooth and easy to stir. There is no added sugar and always tastes fresh. Thickness wise I think it is comparable to natural peanutbutter. It's a good for my health product and I will keep buying it!!!!

Oil separation is to be expected, as nothing has been added to prevent it. Plan on stirring BEFORE refrigerating -- more difficult to stir after refrigerated. Once stirred then refrigerated, oil separation is minimal for weeks.

Many uses besides spreading on bread. Include a couple of tablespoons in a smoothie -- especially chocolate or vanilla -- for added flavor and satisfaction. Use it to top steamed veggies -- especially broccoli -- the healthy fat in it makes fat-soluble vitamins more absorbable -- add a little hot sauce for even more adventure. Make a vegie dip or salad dressing with non-fat plain yogurt, almond butter, hot sauce, and other spices.
