For this big price, I'd expect to get the 3D Blu-Ray, Blu-Ray 2D, DVD, and Digital copy. Where's that option anyway? Oops. Look close at the package: 3D, Blu-Ray, and HD Digital. No DVD. Note, I spotted the same 3D/ Blu-Ray/Digital HD on BestBuy for only $27.99, plus $3 shipping. Still cheaper than prime

I ask Amazon and was informed that the 3D BD and 2D BD are on the same disc. So my understanding is one disc and Digital only!

This I finally ordered. I believe I have the full 3D, 2D, DVD, and digital version ordered. Now as to the latest Captain America: The Winter Soldier, I cannot find this bundle.

R-D says:
This will be the first X-Men combo pack not to contain a Dvd. Remember Thor: The Dark World 3D? As soon as Paramount stopped getting involved in the Marvel movies, Thor: The Dark World 3D became a 3D+Blu-Ray+Digital Copy. Captain America: The Winter Soldier 3D is the same way: 3D+Blu-Ray+Digital Copy. It is also confirmed that Guardians Of The Galaxy 3D will be a 3D+Blu-Ray+Digital Copy as well as The Avengers: Age Of Ultron 3D. None of these combo packs contain a Dvd because Paramount is no longer involved with these movies. The X-Men movies have always had 20th Century Fox involved in addition to Marvel but because Marvel is now Disney/Marvel, in order to obtain the 3-disc combo pack you are looking for, you will now HAVE to buy the Blu-Ray 3D+Blu-Ray+Digital Copy combo pack and then buy the standalone Dvd in order to obtain your 3-disc combo pack as Disney/Marvel is no longer doing this.

I do like having the options, just in case. In practice though, I can't remember the last time I used the DVD part. I watch either the 3D or the digital version.
