Used this to put over my paint where my factory splash guards go (they mold around the body about 2-3 inches) I had removed them when I was waxing the car and was stunned to see some minor rust and badly scuffed uppaint behind the flaps and they were only on for 3 years...I WISH I would of put this stuff on then!
It is very hard to work with for custom jobs like mine but I would think anything else would be just as hard to work with.
