It records EVERYTHING from feedings to diapering info to gifts, even medical info and has a place to record the baby "firsts" such as rolling over, etc.
The sleep log is very easy to use as well and helps with staying on track with sleep training.
I can't recommend this product enough.
It's a good idea in theory--especially for a breastfeeding mother who can hardly keep track of when the baby last ate, let alone when and how much she last pumped or when the baby slept.
I did find the pumping section somewhat helpful. Tracking everything else was just too tedious. Instead of shading in naps and marking which breast I used to nurse, I'd prefer to use those few spare minutes, precious to new moms, brushing my teeth or grabbing a quick snack!
