This book is worth reading 10 times or how ever long it takes you to actually apply what it says. (If 4 is too early just do 5am, or some other time)
Side note: too many people complained about this books grammar and spelling. What fools. Instead of being so negative and hypercritical they should see the value and weight that of what book offers.

The only downside is that the book is full of errors - grammatical errors every few sentences, wrong words used here and there, and the sentences are often worded awkwardly, preventing it from flowing nicely. I believe English isn't the author's first language, so it's understandable, but I would have expected it to be more closely proof-read and edited by good English speakers before going into publication. Being a short book, it's not a problem, but I'm not sure I'd get to the end of a long book written this way. Worth a read anyway, especially at the price!
EDIT: A new version of the book was released and it is now free of duplicates.
