So, very grateful to the Tim for finally shedding light on what was really going on with insulin resistance. And I didn't even implement the leveraged exercise plan in the book - that's next. In fact, lost weight without doing any exercise and without feeling deprived of food. Cheat day is wonderful, and I can postpone any cravings until then.
My own fault for the atrophy. But with some of the ideas in the book I spent a total of 4 hours working out over the next 3 months and put all the muscle back on plus some extra.
Lots of great little ideas that when acted on can make big changes.
