Ken's thoughts and ideas that he has practiced himself are helpful. I gleaned several good ideas from the book and Ken has helped re motivate me to wake up between 5-6am everyday.
I tried reading a chapter everyday and waking up, four minutes earlier, and the small amounts of time make it achievable. The problem I had is when I missed a day. Then I had 'restart'. I found for me the four minutes over 30 days was too slow a process and that 10-15 minutes is still achievable and makes it only 8-12 days instead.
Regardless how you do it, Ken gives some basic strategies to do so and most importantly helps you provide yourself the motivation of why you want to. He knows that a book cannot make you do it, but our motivations, dreams, and goals can.
His writing style is uplifting yet concise in it's directives. He uses analogies that gave me mental pictures to hold on to and employ later. Intermingled with the easy to read daily chapters are the sentences that jump out at you as points begging to be underlined! It truly is a book that leaves us without an excuse about our tomorrows. Give this book more than 4 minutes and you will find 5 stars. "
