My naturopath recommended the Blaine Mag-Ox for my leg cramps which would wake me up often in the middle of the night. Sometimes the inner thigh cramps would be so severe and hurt so badly I'd want to scream. Other times it would be a combination of inner thigh and top of the shin as well around my ankle - I couldn't even stand and when I did it was excruciating. I had been taking the Blaine magnesium earlier in the day but switched to right before bed. I take three magnesium tablets along with three chewable calcium supplements and voila - I'm sleeping through the night without cramps! It's wonderful.

I'm a sixty-five year old male with hypothyroidism, taking synthroid, and haven't had any energy since I came down with this problem two years ago. With-in the past two months I was checked for sleep apnea and checked positive and I now sleep with a mask with positive air flow. The past two years I've put on almost thirty pounds because all I wanted to do is eat and sleep. Two months ago my Dr. put me on 10mg Lexapro and now I'm up to 20mg a day.
I saw this energy supplement, Magnesium , on Dr. Oz and thought I'd give it a try and have for bout two months. The bottom line is I have energy again, thank You Jesus. As to what gave me my energy back I'm not sure, maybe all the above, maybe the magnesium, but I'm feeling like Tony the Tiger= GREAT.

My husband has to take Mag-Ox 400 everyday and I found out when he first started taking it, we couldn't always find it in any of our stores because there is no great demand for it? So I get from Amazon and it is automatically shipped to us every few months and we do not have to remember to order it. works great for us.

My friend suggested MagOx for the increased anxiety I have been experiencing. Yes, I have things to be anxious about but taking two tablets daily has really helped with the generalized anxiety. These are in no way a substitute for a Physician's evaluation and also must be evaluated for any contraindications with any medication you may be taking.

Sometimes the medical information you read on the web is dubious at best, and sometimes it is very accurate. I have suffered insomnia for years, and have been taking the usual medications for them. Even before I started medicating, I stopped even being able to get sleepy at all. A week or so ago, my medication stopped working. In desperation I looked on all sorts of web pages, and found an article about how studies have begin to show that the combination of magnesium and calcium have been beneficial to insomniacs.

After reading about magnesium's calming response to the nervous system, I went to my doctor (I was going anyway)and asked to have my levels checked. Even with the smaller dose slomag that I had already added, I was still low. Though this is the first day that I have been on MagOx, I am actually feeling tired on my own at the right time, and I do feel better.

The delivery does seem to be pretty effective, and I can't wait to see how it builds over time, and whether maybe I can stop taking prescription medication for good.

Here's to sleep, and the beginnings of relief from magnesium deficiency.

To be perfectly fair, since I am not using MagOx as an antacid, laxative, or any of its other non-dietary uses, I cannot claim that it works for those, and works well. Though I bet it would, as this is what my doctor recommend I take.

Mag oxide & B6 taken together dissolve & prevent kidney stones, & also increase urine output & pressure. I love it! ;-) I have to take this combo a few times a year. I take about 400 mg. mag oxide w/ 10-50 mg. of B6/ day. Google it, there's much more info to back it up! :-) I first heard about it over a decade ago by Dr. Clark/ curezone.

Years ago I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse. It was bad. I would be in bed sound like GLUG GLUG GLUG like you were pouring milk out of a jug. I went to my heart doctor he diagnosed me with MVP and he told me to try this item. I started it and then a couple of years after that I was going to have a surgery on my hand and I told that doctor I had MVP.. the response "If you do it is the mildest I have ever heard." As long as I have been taking this med 20 plus years it is still working. I am not telling you to take this and not go see your doctor I am telling you to see your doctor and discuss this with him or her. It has worked wonders for me. My current heart doctor has me on it also. I show no signs of Mitral Valve. NOTTA. No doctor states I have MVP. I am not sure if I quit the MagOX if I would but that is something I am not willing to find out. I'll keep taking as long as it is being made
