Refurbished boards with replaced video card chipsets, not from working systems as advertized 3 bad in a row! steer clear

I have bought 3 motherboards from this company in a row and they are all bad with different issues. The first motherboard had a power/charging issue which would not charge the battery with the the battery led blinking (which its not supposed to) then would shut of off whenever it felt like it but temps were in the 40 degree C range. I left speccy up to watch temps as it would shut off so i know for a fact it wasnt a thermal shut down. It would display video and was usable till its unpredictable shutdown. The next board wouldnt turn on at all. The third displayed only full screen shades of red, green, blue and white then repeated showing these filled screen shots of the 4 colors (aka emo mode) even after a crisis bios recovery flash with a known good bios rom. There was no way to get out of "demo mode" but the battery led didnt flash and it would never shut off unless you held the power button down to make it shut off. The first board tell me that the screen, ram, cpu, video card, hdd keyboard were good and possibly battery or charger was bad (which i knew they werent from before the original board died from a video card going bad in it) but then with the third board confirms that the battery and charger are good too. After each on was sent back the company only responds saying the board tests good when they clearly are not. all these companies do is replace the chipset and the video card as seen by the red good around the chips and they NEVER actually test them in working machines. when asked how they test them there was no answer... you may get a good board you may not. Buyer beware!

For this buy the option was there to buy NEW or Refurbished Seller: BulkBuys4Buildings had the NEW one

I don't think it was Brand NEW (package was not in the original sealed state) I think it may have been factory refurbished

I had not problem with the Motherboard its up and running.
