I think that this objective scaling is the strong point of this program. One can eat at a particular level and objectively see the results in blood tests. You may do very well eating at the 2Leaf level, and you can find out. I've managed to achieve blood profile results that please me eating right at the 2Leaf/3Leaf boundary.
