In summary, this book is recommended enjoyable and entertaining but not very informative.
Karnazes' book is written with humility and useful tidbits of running advice. I often think of this book when I think I can't go any further in my short runs (I only started taking short runs a couple of months ago mainly for bone density.) I highly recommend this book as a can't-put-it-down read as well as an inspirational get-out-there-and-do-it motivational book.
If you're looking to be inspired because you've hit a wall with your running, or you've never even gotten off the couch before, give this book a read!
50/50 is an engaging and inspiring read!
