Glad to have some gelatin smoothie recipes but not a fan of paleo breads, muffins, pancakes, etc... How many servings of almonds or coconut do you think Paleolithic man ate? My guess is not much... I have all of the paleo cookbooks but I would love to see a book focused on meat and vegi breakfasts. (Frittatas, soups, etc.) I will continue to hold my breath...

I am pretty set in my ways, breakfast-wise. Most breakfast menus or recipes do not fit my way of eating. But this cookbook fits it to a tee! Healthy recipes with enough protein to get my day off to a good start. Many are lower carb, which I prefer early in the day. 



The photos are mouth-watering, and one of my favorite things is the information on pages iv-vi of the book, showing how to build a healthy breakfast plate. So really, I can take the 52 recipe ideas, and use the advice early in the book to create even more breakfast ideas from this. So great!



Also, the table of contents lists each recipe by name, and includes a key to help you find the recipes that will work for your requirements: egg-free, AIP friendly, lower carb, and the very important (in my family) nut-free.



If you are in search of new ideas for healthy Paleo, egg-free or lower carb breakfast recipes, and are tired of the same old plain eggs, or dinner leftovers, you will want to order this book today. You will be glad you did!

I love getting new cookbooks and ideas of new recipes to make, despite food restrictions. After looking through this ebook, I didn't find any recipes that got me excited to try them, I was disappointed with this cookbook.

If you eat grain and dairy free, breakfast can get pretty boring. I get really weary of eating some form of eggs and bacon or sausage all the time. Fortunately, this book has gotten me out of my breakfast rut! There are some great, tasty ideas for a delicious breakfast that go way beyond your run of the mill eggs-and-meat staples. Thank goodness! Definitely check this one out!

This book is a fantastic resource. When people transition to the Paleo diet, once of the places they struggle most is with breakfast. Caitlin will keep your meals fun and interesting with over 50 breakfast ideas and many that are egg-free too, for those that are allergic or just get tired of eggs.

Yo. "Healthy" should not be in the title if you actually follow a Paleo diet. Perhaps if you follow a standard American diet this could possibly be considered healthy. These are deserts. Not breakfasts. Not paleo approved. Ps chia seeds? Stevia? All that added sugar? Not paleo at all.

While I don't follow any particular way of eating, I do like to eat as clean as possible. I love the ideas in this cookbook to shake things up a bit when I get in a breakfast rut. The pumpkin zucchini muffins and coconut porridge are my favorites.

I don't know why but breakfast is sometimes the hardest meal to figure out on the paleo diet but this book has 52 delicious, fun recipes to help break up the boredom and keep your belly happy! I really love all the smoothie recipes!
