Vic Johnson knows what he's talking about. These action steps actually work because he's used them in his own life. So many motivational writers just make stuff up off the top of their heads that sounds good, but this guy has lived it. I really appreciate that.
I also appreciate the fact that the written segments for each week are short. I'm a writer, editor, and a mom of 2, so time is in short supply for me. Each week's "instructions" can be read in just a few minutes, and then you're ready to start your self-improvement plan for the week. And there's a repetitive motivational mantra at the end of each weekly segment, so that the points get driven home in a big way!
Who doesn't want to achieve success and find lifelong happiness? Buy this book. Read it, and you won't disappointed. You've got nothing to lose but your negative attitude and self-sabotage!

This book does not surprise me as I am familiar with the source. It is practical, powerful and potentially life changing.
It immediately captured my attention. There are things that I have chosen to accomplish in my life and I am incredibly motivated by this plan. What a breath of fresh air!
Since I had not heard of the author prior to this book, I would like to make mention of the easy flowing style and positive outlook of the writing. Well done!
So, to paraphrase … I can do this and I know I can!
sometimes when we read books, we miss the continuity that we need. i.e. we read a book and then never look at it again. this book is a good way to continuously measure your progress and move through an entire year of success and improvement. This is the difference between this book and others, and it succeeds.
Vic Johnson has quite a story to tell anyways, but the narrative and the encouragement in this one may be the best so far.
I enjoy reading this book Sunday evening while I prepare for the week to come, it gives the reader a clear guide into achieving goals and moving towards solid points of success.
