Read why the historical account of the 56 Signers of The Declaration of Independence and the story behind the 4th of July are so critically important…before they and the 4th of July are banned from American society.

The urgent need to honor the
56 Signers of The Declaration of Independence came to Douglas MacKinnon, fittingly enough, on the 4th of July.

While doing research for a column meant to remind the American people of that date’s critical importance, he came across example after example of those from the Left and the Far-Left––be they in the mainstream media, activists, or anarchists––calling for not only the “canceling” of the 4th of July, but the continued smearing, censorship, and canceling of our
Founding Fathers.

One overriding thought then filled his mind:

“What if they are successful?”

Those who believe such totalitarian censorship could never come to be in the
United States of America, need only review how quickly and brutally many on the Left were able to create the “Woke Cancel Culture” to silence those they oppose today.

Now they come for
Thomas Jefferson, Richard Henry Lee, Benjamin Franklin and others who courageously signed The Declaration of Independence.

That document and those men
created our history. History which should never be bent, twisted, censored, or banned to fit any ideological narrative. If it is good, let us praise it. If it is bad, let us condemn it and learn from it. But let us never twist, censor, or cancel it.

And yet, more and more followers of the Left want to do just that. As they control the media, academia, entertainment, science, and medicine…who is to stop them?

Time is of the essence. We must find our voices.
The 56 left the blueprint: Liberty.

The "56" Could Have Also Been Titled: "Liberty Lessons Made Easy & Exciting!" because each of its brief & information-packed chapters provides a personalized and detailed summary of all of the 56 signers as well as other key & influential people that shaped our country's marvelous & exceptional founding!

Also the author ordered the chapters in a unique way by presenting the most influential individuals first, in his opinion.

This book is also extremely important & timely considering the many aggressive and sinister attempts today by leftist and fascist-socialists to undermine and destroy our Constitution, Bill of Rights, Successful Economy and our Freedom & Liberty!

This book not only presents our founding history effectively, but it also contrasts our noble founding with the evil forces being daily imposed on the USA now!

Be sure to Read it and have your children Read It!

This book is a must read if you are a true American patriot who wants to learn more about the 56 signers, believe our country was founded on freedoms and principles as expressed in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution, and feel July 4th should be celebrated every year to honor these mighty men for their acts of courage and the many risks they incurred. Doug Mackinnon has combined all three in his new book that reminds and challenges us not to forget them. I strongly encourage you to read it. I did and you will be glad you did too.

In explaining the sacrifice and dedication of our founding fathers in their efforts to resist tyranny we are reminded of the test we are faced with today with a tyrannical gov't bent on controlling the masses by intimidation, threats and acts of violence against anyone who has an opposing view. This long forgotten and deliberately untold story of our founding fathers sacrifices. reignites the flame in our souls to stand up and resist these dictoral policies. My Patriot ancestors are moaning in their graves for their decendents to speak out against the current injustices Americans are being subjected to! This book does this in it's full throated cry of independence from the oppressors. This book will make one feel proud again to stand for American Liberty and Freedom!

The author does a fine job reminding the reader of the reasons behind the revolution and the Declaration. He also does a great service by illuminating the reader of the very real peril the signers knowingly placed themselves in. As must read for all, but particularly for our youth who too often have not been told the true history of the Founders
