Chardress had felt like Good had not heard her prayers and she began giving up on him. One day the opportunity presents itself to a couple to have the family that they always dreamed tree children that were in need of a loving home. After all, what they had been through in a few short months shouldn't happen to any child. The oldest child, Derrick, feels that everything that has happened to him and his siblings is all his fault.
Sometimes children go through the harshness of life before they can even begin to understand all that is taking place around them. In the blink of an eye, your whole world can be turned upside down. Even though life takes you through the ups and downs you have to remain faithful. This book was a very warm and heartfelt book. You may want to keep a box of Kleenex beside you while reading this.
This book could have been a 5-star book if it wasn't for the many grammatical errors. I give it 4 stars.
