No you can't eat what you want, be lazy, take this and lose weight. That typically requires surgery. However, if you are like me and get discouraged at eating 1200-1400 calories per day and losing weight at the rate of .5-1.5lbs per week this may be a solution for you. I think different people need different things, hence all the products on the market. However, for me this is a good solution. I ordered this and two other products from BSkinny through Amazon; Transformation Diet Drops/African Mango and Raspberry Ketone Drops. I take them all 30 min before each meal in this order; GC pills first with a full 8oz of water, then the Transformation/African Mango drops which I hold under my tongue for 2 min, then these raspberry ketones under my tongue for 2 min. After the drops I don't eat or drink anything for 15 minutes but try to wait a full 30. My diet consists of 1200 net calories per day (the plan calls for 500 but this is not reasonable to me). If I eat more than 1200 calories, I will walk or exercise to get back down to a net 1200. Most days this is a 30 min walk at about 3mph. I also limited my carbohydrates quite a bit; Some days it is 50, some 130, but my goal ultimately is a 1 week average of 100 carbs per day with most of them "good" carbs. So no more than 1 serving of bad carbs a day, meaning - rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, etc. I've been tracking it all on myfitnesspal app which is free online or on your smartphone. Based on myfitnesspal tracking of my diet and exercise in 10 days I should have lost 1.71 lbs. That is consistent with what I have accomplished on this same diet plan w/o the supplements. In the past 10 days using these supplements, instead of 1.71 lbs, I have lost 6 lbs. These means I have burned apprx 15,000 additional calories than I would have w/o these supplements. I can't say it is these pills alone, because I haven't taken them alone. However, the mix of these three supplements is working for me so far. I will admit I was hungry doing this the first week, but I wasn't starving. When I got hungry drinking water was a good solution and helped me towards my 10 glasses a day. Another key component to fighting hunger is protein. My breakfast is traditionally egg whites with spinach & a turkey sausage link. My morning snack is yogurt, lunch is a protein shake, afternoon snack is turkey with a little cheese & avocado, then dinner is a healthy balanced dinner...and I do have 1 square of dark chocolate after dinner. I only drink coffee, tea and water. I've adjusted now and not too hungry. Some tips for eliminating pasta; try spaghetti squash or my favorite BUTTERNUT squash. I bake it then Julianne it into long strips like thick pasta. It's sweet and delicious! In place of rice I use sautéed spinach & mushrooms. I do occasionally treat myself to a small piece of bread or some icecream, but not every day. I have eaten out A LOT because of vacation but I just make better choices like fish or grilled chicken with my side as a veggie and I ask them NOT to bring any bread. I will continue to track my progress and will be ordering more. I'll also copy and paste this review on the other products as well. So far I am very happy. I'm on track for 18 lbs in 30 days. The only reason I don't rate this a 5 is because the low calorie recommendation that I don't agree with.
I have loved everything i have gotten from amazon..Me and my husband done the hcg shots for a year. I lost 57 lbs on it my husband over 100 lbs. of course we went back to eating sugar and fat and we gained all the weight back to my dismay,the shots were expensive. With that being said I thought I would try this Garcinia Cambogia because I gained a lot of weight on my belly. I have to say Im impressed with this product. I have been on it for 3 weeks and also the formula one drops. Taking them together I have lost a lot of inches off my belly and 21 lbs I also am sticking to the hcg diet because I have learned doing it that the diet is the key to your success and it is very hard to do..but be determaned and it all works together. I have lost over 60 lbs 3 times this is my last attempt at it...I hope to keep it all off this time. I wish everyone good luck I know it is a tuff fight. I am 62 years old and 5' woman at 231 lbs am now 210 hoping this will eventually get me to my goal weight. Hope this has helped you, I have had no side effects of either of these two products which is a plus I have a lot of allergies.
This product works very well to suppress your appetite and I don't find myself craving anything sugary. I have noticed that the torso area looks a bit more slim. I have only taken this product for about 3 weeks and so far, I like it. There are no harmful side effects and priced fairly reasonable compared to some of the other products. I personally am not looking to lose too much weight, but just to keep unwanted, extra body fat off. I would definitely continue to use it.
I haven't even taken this supplement exactly as recommended... I forget sometimes to take it 30 minutes before eating, but I have dropped some pounds... I've started over - doing exactly as recommended just to see how well I can do... If I continue to lose weight (and like I said, I haven't been following the instructions to the "T"), I definitely plan to order more... It definitely curbs the appetite and I would like to lose more...
Although, I did not experience any massive weight loss (only 4 lbs in 30 days), I have noticed a significant loss in inches! My eating patterns are the same, plus I have not exercised at all to see if the claims were true. It is nice not to have any jitters or heavy heart palpitations with this weight-loss product. Indeed, it is all natural. The challenge is remembering to take the pills 30mins-1hr before meals, and it's even trickier if you eat a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. It throws off the schedule; so, I set my alarm on my cell to take two pills at 5am (before breakfast, mid-morning snack & lunch) and one pill at 2pm (before the mid-afternoon snack & dinner). Perhaps, this schedule may not be rendering optimal results, but at least, I am obtaining results slowly.
