It was very inspiring, at first, but then I saw there were a lot of delicious recipes that I couldn't have,
because I am allergic to flax seed, nts and chocolate . Of course, that is not the author's problem. For those who aren't allergic, the book is an excellent source of healthy, delicious recipes.
A book has been written entitled, "Grain Brain," And in it, the author warns us that if we delete saturated fat from our diets long enough, we will be subjected to the debilitating brain disease known as "dimentia." So I am commited to eating some meat -- not as often as I used to, but I still include it in my diet. I am not a professional nutritionist, so I can't advise anyone about what kind of diet to eat. I just wish there were more dieticians that would be more aware that some people have allergies and can't eat nuts and seeds, and chocolate, for example. And it would be nice if they offered substitute ingredients for us. Your book has so many good recipes without seeds and nuts and chocolate, that I will benefit greatly from it, without losing the values that you have so carefully collected and printed in your book.
I wanted some new ideas and thought the approach would bring new learnings. No! Same old eat less exercise more with a few twists.
