These are one of about three devices I've ever seen that actually cuts truly flush. They are VERY precise. Some would say they're delicate, and they are, but if you don't abuse your tools, these will last you for years.

I have been making wire jewelry for over 8 years and purchased a pair of these pliers at Fry's electronics 3 years ago. I was hooked!!! These are the BEST flush cutting wire cutters out there. I have purchased various brands and payed a whole lot more for pliers that only work or last half as long as these Erem pliers. If you are a jewelry artist who works with wire--I highly recommend owning a pair of these wonderful pliers.

I've been using this flush cutter 6 hrs. per day for the last 3 weeks. It cuts small copper wires perfectly. It is very precision made. There is no slop in the pivot point, thus no "overbite", which causes a "shear" cut, like some other popular brands have/do. It also cuts small wires at it's very tip. The 4.5" size fits my hand well. If it's facing the wrong way when I pick it up, I can easily flip it with one hand.
I highly recommend it. It is well worth the price.
