My PC had only two factory fans originally, one front mounted 120mm and one rear exhaust 90mm, so I was in need of a fan upgrade. This Conisy Rainbow Series three piece set fit the bill, the package comes with three RGB fans and the necessary cabling to install these using either a three pin or four pin header.Installation was super easy and the results were good, I got much better air-flow and a really cool RGB effect to boot. Sound levels were exactly as advertised at about 25dB per fan, unfortunately for me, my motherboard doesn't support fan curves so as of now I'm stuck at the max for sound level. Right now my fans are running at about 1,600 RPM average, not bad. The only thing I would have like to have seen is something on the body of the fan itself to indicate air-flow direction.Overall, performance and price are both top-notch and these come highly recommended.

Installation was super easy and the results were good, I got much better air-flow and a really cool RGB effect to boot. Sound levels were exactly as advertised at about 25dB per fan, unfortunately for me, my motherboard doesn't support fan curves so as of now I'm stuck at the max for sound level. Right now my fans are running at about 1,600 RPM average, not bad. The only thing I would have like to have seen is something on the body of the fan itself to indicate air-flow direction.
Overall, performance and price are both top-notch and these come highly recommended.

Each fan includes a 4-pin Molex plug as well as standard 3-pin plug to connect directly to some motherboards. You can easily daisy-chain all three fans, thus requiring only a single plug from your power supply. Power wires are about 15 inches long. Also included is a SATA power plug to 4-pin Molex adapter if you don't have any molex plugs (some newer power supplies don't include them).
There are 3 sets of screws included. Each mount tab on the fan is padded to prevent vibration between the fans and case.
They operate as quiet as can be expected. I'm used to a lot of fans in my computers so these just blend in seamlessly as far as volume. I don't have a means to test actual air flow. Note that in the video, they may looks like they are wobbling, but that is just because the sticker in the center is, well, not in the center. It can easily be moved or removed.
Happy with these fans and looking forward to getting them installed in my current build!
