I was over the moon excited when this arrived this morning. We moved from a home covered in carpet to all hardwood floors, we have 2 dogs, and a 7 year old - so you can imagine the dust, dirt, and hair that end up on our floors.
I charged it to 100% and began using it. I was so let down because it died after using it in one room and one hallway.
I charged it up again, set the timer on my phone, and used it on the stairs - almost 4 minutes later and it's dead again.
It really let me down because let me tell you about the pros. It cleans very I mean very well. I love the LEDs on the front because it displayed where I haven't used it yet.
It is so lightweight, easy to carry, use, and you can tell that it's somewhat durable; however, I will never get any housework done if I'm charging this after 4 minutes of use.
Do yourself a favor and get a Dyson that lasts for 40 minutes (approx) or a lightweight corded one, that's what I ended up ordering as this one was being charged for the 5th time in less than 12 hours.

After 7 charging cycles this vacuum's battery life performed as advertised. I would get 10 minutes on max mode & 20-25 on regular. I don't know if the battery needed conditioning or what but so far so good. I just hope that it doesn't die in 3 months or so, it should last 2 years at the least.
I've never complained about the performance of this vacuum, just the battery life - so I am keeping it for now. I even ordered, well pre-ordered, an extra battery for it.
