Bought the 25 ft length and used it to charge my 2016 Tesla Model X. Worked great, no issues. There doesn't seem to be any voltage drop over the cable because my car reported the same voltage of 237 V that it normally sees when connected to 240 V sources. That means that the resistance is low, so it should be perfectly safe to use. I did see the voltage fluctuate as low as 235 V, but that was probably the source voltage fluctuating. The cable has all of its certifications printed on it, including UL listing numbers, and it feels very heavy-duty. I think though that only the cable itself is weatherproof--the receptacle does not look weatherproof to me, and probably the plug isn't either. So the connection points should be sheltered from the weather.

When I installed a 14-30 receptacle in my garage I had to place it at the back, and the gen2 mobile connector that came with my car couldn't quite reach unless the car was backed in. This extension cord has been perfect. I strung it along a few hooks on my garage wall, and now I just leave my mobile connector plugged into it all the time and coil up the car-end on an extra big hook. No problem drawing 24 amps continuously. It gets a little warm to the touch but seems totally safe.
