Worked fine but very annoying to adjust. Pray you only need to do it once.

It fits but adjusting the large adjustment not when under the car a nightmare. 32mm wrenches are LONG and the space is limited. Its easier to take the wheel off, remove the bolt at the outside of the camber arm, spin the nut now that you have access, PRAY you haven't spun it too much or too little and then put it all together, load the wheel and see what your camber angle is.

Also small set bolt which holds the final alignment setting it very cheap and rusts quickly. Replace it with a stainless steel bolt before you install. Also remember to consider which side you face the same bolt versus nut so you can remove it without hitting the strut if necessary.

Remove and slather the rod in antiseize before installing or youll need to take it off and heat it or put an impact gun to it from the rust.

Eliminates premature tire wear

I was able to replace the control arms myself in about 2.5 hours on a 2007 Mazda3 afterwhich the car required a 4 wheel alignment to set the camber to the correct angle ($65). I used a shop that only does alignments and made sure they were familiar with the adjustable control arms. The passenger side took the majority of the time as there is a box that has to be unscrewed and pushed aside to remove the existing control arm. I adjusted the arms to be a quarter inch longer than the stock control arms. My goal was to remove the negative 2.5 degree camber of the stock control arms (top of back wheels leans in). The negative camber causes the inside of the back tires to wear out quickly. My 45K mile tires were shot within 20K miles. Not cool. Mazda designed the negative camber to provide better grip in corners. 98+ percent of drivers are not going to need that extra grip and will simply be annoyed by the tire wear. These are hefty arms and work much better than the cheap camber adjusters that simply replace the top bolt on the stock arms. Those tend to break and are very difficult to adjust. These are the real deal.

Corrected alignment problems!

My left rear wheel had struck a curb and as a consequence the camber was positive 2.2 degrees which was 3.7 degrees more than the right rear. An alignment shop told me that the upper control arm was probably bent but that there could be other items as well. I decided it was best to purchase this adjustable bar and install it myself. I put a floor jack under the coil spring mount and lifter the wheel so that it could be removed. I then used a cheapo dial angle gauge with a magnetic base and stuck it onto the face of the drum brake to get a relative camber reading of 3 degrees (positive camber). I easily removed the old upper control arm but did not notice any obvious bend. I set the new adjustable arm to be the same length and installed it hand tight. Then while watching the dial angle gauge I slowly tightened the adjusting hex to shorten the bar to pull the top of the wheel in. I went to the limit and the dial angle gauge showed 0 degrees. I reasoned that this would translate into a camber reading of about negative 1 degree which was close to the right rear and well withing the normal range of -.3 to -2.5 degrees. I then tightened the jam nut and pinch bolt on the arm and torqued the mounting bolts. The left rear wheel now visually looks the same as the right and hopefully the tire wear will be normal.

I Hope They Help My Tires Last Longer

It allowed me to push out my 2006 Mazda 3 Camber to the lower end of the Camber (-0.3), rather than the high end or excessive camber (It was -1.7). I believe the excessive stock camber contributed to my wearing out tires on the inside edge within 16,000 miles. I installed them and did rough adjustment with a smartphone angle app. Then Pep Boys was willing to adjust them into good alignment during a new tire purchase. They are definitely difficult to adjust with tires on and without being jacked up. I posted a photo of the effect of bad camber (and maybe even some bad toe) on the old tires. The steel belts were showing through well before the rest of the tire reached the wear bars.

Great arms and very sturdy. These are sold as ASDelco products, but are literally SPC arms. It even has the same label, although the ones I received had the same labeling as the regular SPC arms and not the tiny square like shown in the pictures. This is a tad cheaper than the SPC's

I had to read the instructions 7-10 times over to understand them, and even while I was setting the adjustment. Slightly better instructions, maybe with a diagram, would have helped a little but not required

These links work as expected, but be aware most alignment places will be confused by them and not service your car. Additionally they come loose VERY easily even if you tighten down the nuts properly and your alignment will then change. Lastly, I had one snap at the adjustment point under normal driving conditions.
