- Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2023My daughter and I are waiting to get her tested for ADHD, and in the meantime I ordered these cards after seeing them on a shelf at her therapist's. It has really good information about how ADHD individuals process thoughts and situations differently, and lists ideas of how to help the individual feel more successful when dealing with x, y, or z. We've looked through the cards together, and she likes the different ways to solve how she's feeling, which is a huge win! It says it's for kids, which it is, but it is amazing for ALL ages. Highly recommend!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2020These are really helpful, and work sort of like cue cards for yourself when you are in a hard situation and cant remember in the moment what would help grab your dexk of cards! Awesome idea! Thank you dr saline!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2024Pretty much it's a book that they forgot to bind. It's useful but I would have bought the Kindle version had I known as it's cheaper
- Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2021I have ADHD and I bought this to help understand more about my condition. I also bought it to help my kids. works great! Would definitely recommend😊

- Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2020The ADHD Solution Deck is like an ADHD Parenting Coach in box!! At a loss for how to help your ADHD kid? Did you learn some great parenting skills, but seem to forget them when everything is "hitting the fan." When parents get stressed- for any reason- they can have difficulty remembering skills to help their ADHD kids. Dr. Saline's cards provide proven tools and reminders to help parents and their kids manage the challenges of ADHD. If you can't have Dr. Saline move in to help you in person, this is the next best thing!

- Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2021I real a lot and this deck had good ideas I have taken from multiple ADHD and parenting books all put on individual cards.
So, if you don't like reading, you could take a card and focus on the one idea for the day or week and slowly work your way through the ideas. Kinda nice if you are ADHD too.
The cards themselves are pointy corned and in a typical box. I don't see them as thin but not thick like some game cards or yoga cards we own, so that could be improved.
Overall I feel like I had a good handle on the ideas from books I have read and will never use the cards myself.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2020Dr. Sharon Saline has created a wonderful, innovative, and user-friendly tool for parents and families with ADHD. The ADHD Solution Deck indeed provides solutions. The cards provide powerful strategies and skills to better manage ADHD, bolster self-esteem, enhance family connections, and reduce stress. I love how the cards provide focus and assistance in five specific areas (Dr. Saline's famous "Five C's model" of ADHD parenting: self-control, compassion, collaboration, consistency, and celebration). Each card has a quote from a child or teen, defines a challenge, and then provides the tool to succeed in the area. The cards are colorful, perfectly sized, and engaging to promote repeated reading so the information can be absorbed over time until the skill is mastered. The cards are easier to read than a book, but still provide the vital tools to help families with ADHD thrive. Highly recommended!
