I am a clinical. mental health provider and I treat a lot of children and adults with ADD/ADHD. This book is excellent resource for adults with ADD/ADHD and and parents whose children have ADD/ADHD. I am impressed with this resource because it addresses overall brain health from a researched-based perspective. In addition, the book offers options for lifestyle and supplemental support for ADD/ADHD, as well as overall brain health. Therefore, this is a great resource for anyone who is interested in supporting and improving overall brain health--something we do not always consider. The book also presents research-based education on ADD/ADHD in layman's terms, so it is easy to read and understand.

Helpful to have a game plan when you don't want your kid to be medicated. Lots of common sense.
