The list could go on, but the simple fact remains that this is a very capable device, but as others have noted the limitations, I choose to disprove them by telling you that you can do much more than you bargained for.
Overall build quality is great, yes it is chunky but that is the point, you know it won't break and it is 'there' in your pocket, on your holster etc. The screen is okay, but I am not interested in staring at a small screen all day. Turn on the nightlight mode and turn down the blue hue and it looks great to me. The camera leaves a little to be desired, but we are talking about a tool here, and you do get two of them-Front and Rear. Perhaps you need to survive for a couple days in the middle of a forest? Even use it as a weapon to defend yourself from a Cougar? I'd rather have a bit of extra space for heft than a pretty megapixel size.
Both my T-Mobile sims work excellent and it even configured the MMS APN settings for me out of the box, had 4G and enhanced 4G LTE. Hotspot and tethering work out of the box with no issues. Call quality was AMAZING! The speaker phone is absolutely terrifying! * Turn it down first and work your way up*
The included USB-C to audio jack counts as a headphone jack in my book, and hands-free is functional in car for me.
The menus take a little getting used to, I ran a firmware update about 3 times when I first turned it on, and it seems pretty stable. You could probably change the launcher and lockscreen, but I left mine default.
I have no tried to test remapping keys, as it may also involve root, but I did however disable the side softkey and enabled google voice assistant in it's place without much fuss.
The hardware keyboard already has an option for the flashlight by holding down the 0 key anyways if you are concerned.
Signal connection and battery life are so much better than my old Samsung workphone. Yes the battery is huge, you need to take a little tape off when receiving the phone to start it up. The gasket cover is a nice touch.
This thing is bulletproof, threw it at a wall, used it in the shower, left it outside. Seriously AGM you guys deserve an award, this is wonderful piece of engineering for the money!
People, Ignore the negative reviews and please buy this device even if you don't intend on being a minimalist.

I understand some people are trying to minimize screen time etc, but for my use case this is a workphone replacement for a very decent price, in fact it takes me back to the Nokia 90's days. One Tough Phone

Needed a phone that's tough and good for outdoor activities. Came upon this one when searching online. I wanted something with an old fashion physical keyboard so I can use it when my hands are all dirty or the gloves are on, and could survive hush conditions (dust and water proof and fall resistant, etc). Shipping was fast. Holding in hand, the build feels solid and the grip's good. It works with my AT&T sim card with no problems. First thing noticed, it's loud. It has a super big speaker mounted on the back, good for noisy places or using it as a wireless speaker. It supports 4g, wifi and has some useful apps pre installed. It has a small touch screen. But I found using the keyboard is faster and more convenient once you get used to it. It has a 2500mah battery and should last for decent amount of time per charge. Overall it did the job I needed and I'm happy with it.
