Took 4 weeks to arrive from Florida. Delivered well wrapped, crated and intact by freight company. Gas plumbing components sloppily assembled; found 2 nuts laying in bottom of box. Gas controls are cumbersome to use. Paint started chipping off on second day outside @ 80° and 50% humidity in western Washington. Gray fire pit with a small bag of red lava rock? Noooo. We locally bought mixed color smooth river rock and tossed the red. For $899, we expected one helluva lot better product. I will personally fix the issues mentioned since a return would be a massive PITA.
