Has a lot of features like adjustable height on the base and armrests (that turn as well), the lumbar support pillow is nice, same goes for the neck pillow but the instructions on how to attach them are a little unclear and do better with a complete example than visual only instructions (head to the site, AKRacing, to find all the different angles). It went great with my setup and feels better than the larger chairs (this specific line is for petites!). After being assembled, which didn't take that long really, it was ready to go.
It does have the smell of new paint which has faded after a week. I was afraid of damage but there was none. It does come in a giant box that's hard to move for one person so try to prepare for some else helping you bring it in.
