Learned of this stuff from samples given by my Dr for (pain) treatment of arthritis in my right hand. Works better than anything else I've ever used. Side benefit is that I've always had a patch on my shin that is dry and itchy -particularly after trans-Atlantic flights. After applying too much to my hand one day, I rubbed the excess on my shin. Felt a bit better, so did it for several days and noticed dramatic improvement -far better than normal hand creams. Not sure why that would be, but I can't argue w/ results. Pricey stuff locally, and not widely stocked, buying 3 or more tubes at a time from Target via Amazon is the least expensive route I've found.
I have used Alcis in the past, but I had to buy it directly from the company. It's more convenient to buy it at Amazon.com. I have Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis etc. I especially like this product because it has no menthol smell. It smells nice, and does help with pain. There is no cream or ointment that i know of, that will totally take away all pain, but this product does a good job of lessening it a lot.
Why in the world would anyone ever sell the Company that made the best Pain relief on the Market! We have been using it for over 12 yrs and my husband is a Grape Farmer .I have ankle Problems with Osteo arthritis! No other product on the Market Beats it .My Physcian even uses it now!
I have tried most of the over the counter topical pain relievers available. Most provide a numbing if somewhat temporary relief with the trade off of having a really powerful smell.
This stuff provides longer term relief that actually lasts through the night and has the benefit of a really mild hand lotion like smell. The only downside is it is very difficult to find in a store hence I order it on line.
I alway gets aches and pain from my running. I run everyday. This is amazing you put a little dot on rub it in and the pain disappears after 5 minutes. This is the only cream i use and i highly recommend it.
Not sure yet that this is helping my arthritis, but only time will tell. So I will give it at least a month before a definite decision is made. Certainly is worth trying for anyone with arthritic pain.
