Ok first, the shipping is crazy expensive, but it was worth it. The awning got here in about 4 days. Nothing was damaged or missing from shipping. The boxes contained all the parts and pieces it should have had.
My awning is 12'x10' brown fabric. Make sure you check your measurements. The frame is actually only 11'5" wide and extends to 9'5". The brackets pull the awning out about an inch to an inch and a half from the wall, so be aware it doesn't sit flush to the wall.
In my case, this was to my advantage, as I had two things going down the side of the house that were in the way. Neither was more than an inch, so the brackets pulled the frame far enough out that it wasn't an issue during mounting.
Based on reviews, and watching an installation video from the company on YouTube, I decided this was too much for us to install ourselves and to contract it out. I found a guy to do it who used to install awnings for a living before becoming a handyman, so his company sent him to do the install. One man did it by himself in 5 hours, except I had to help mount it because there was no way he was doing that alone. He knew his stuff and worked hard to do it well. I wanted to point this out, as many of the reviews here talk about things going wrong during the installation. Hire a professional to do it right. That's my recommendation.
Install went flawlessly. As stated, all parts and pieces were present. The awning is beautiful, sturdy, and appears well made. The retractable feature works really well, the lights are extremely bright, and the remote control ability is perfect. I can't possibly be happier with this awning. As the installer said when he finished... this looks like an awesome bar patio now! He went on all day about how he was getting one for himself.

Would not recommend this product! Piece of crap

Instructions were pitiful. Quality of Materials is poor. Finally got installed, It worked fine manually extending and retracting but when using the remote control it extended but when it tried to retract the brackets snapped due to poor manufacturing processes. We are four days past the return window because awning was so heavy we had to wait for additional help.
