he Summer gives you two options: you can use the top layer as a sheet by itself for warm nights when an entire sleeping bag isn’t necessary, or if it gets a little bit cooler, you can simply turn the bag over and put the insulated bottom “on top”. Now you don’t have to pack two separate bags if the weather is going to vary while you’re on your trip.
A thin top sheet is ideal for warm evenings, and for cooler nights you can flip the bag over to cover yourself with the insulated bottom half.
Techloft+ is a moisture-wicking insulation that consists of multi-hole staple-length micro-denier fibers with a siliconized finish for maximum insulation, loft, and compactness.

EDIT: So I got to try this out. The night I camped it hit 40°, and surprisingly I slept comfortably in this thing. (I was sleeping in jeans and a long sleeve shirt, also was in an Apex Solo Tent)
It is well made and as I said, Alps M. makes quality goods in my experience... I just don't see the practicality, but it is well made! The compression sack it comes with is a nice bonus... 4 straps... it works well.
I used this bag on a sailing trip where the temperature range was between 60 and 85 degrees. On a cool night flipping the bag over where the thick side was on top worked like a champ with keeping me warm.
The bag packs up small and is light.
It was fine for my height of 6' 3" and 225# size. I turn a bit from side to side when sleeping and my only complaint is that it could be a little wider.
The two different materials is such a great idea and it is easy to turn the bag over, even while you are in it. Also, I really like that it is not a mummy bag, because it is far more comfortable and if it is warm enough to use this bag, a mummy bag is certainly not needed.
Two thumbs up.
Build/Quality: I am 6'4" and 235 lbs with wide shoulders, I can sleep comfortably on my side or back with this bag. The bag has a good compression sack that I can tighen down to approx 7in by 14 in. The bag has been washed twice and the insulation has stayed consistent thoughout the bag. If the bag gets wet from condensation - it can dry on a line, in sunlight, in about 25 mins.
Best Uses: I have used the bag in weather ranging from 45 F to 75 F and have been comfortable in both. The fact that one side is thin is perfect for a sheet on summer nights. When used with a sleeping mat (Thermarest scout - r-factor 3.7) the bag was comfortable in 45 F in just baselayers. I am happy with my purchase
