I was not a big fan of AOL ON when it was on the Roku but that was a while back. This new app/channel brings together a bunch of content from many different sources so it is like one App with many other channels or apps attached to it. This is either a new format for the channel or something new on the Fire TV. In any case it is like having a bunch of channels that you can find separately on Roku in this single app.
You can browse all of the content from the multiple contributors to the channel separately or get the "headlines" version on the front page of the app. When you browse the separate providers there is a lot more content that does not show up in the headlines version and you can watch more of the stuff that interests you. Good version of this app that is well worth the download for Fire TV.
