The product description says this is "Tower/Rack-mountable" and although the enclosed instructions show removable "feet" for use as a Tower model, there were no "feet" enclosed. I called APC and inquired about the missing "feet" and they said this is a rack mountable model only and no "feet" are available.
I purchased two of these, one to be mounted in a rack and one to be used as a tower.
The one that is used as a tower is so heavy and has no side to side support, I am afraid it will tip over and break someone's foot/ankle/leg.
I guess I'm going to have to make some kind of homemade support bracket to stabilize this. It would have been nice to have known that before I ordered.
Five stars on the rack model. One star on the "tower" model.
