I just received this speaker today and ran it through the gamut: classical, metal, pop, 8 bit, and more. I was absolutely impressed with the amount of bass this puts out. I was worried that I would loose the depth of sound in Tocatta in Fugue in D Minor (the classical Halloween song) with the train wreck chords in the beginning and it sounded fantastic! Mid range has a rich full sound as well, the french horn and trumpet parts in the Imperial March (Darth Vader's song) were beautiful! Now the high range I did have to adjust, for me personally it was a little too bright, almost tinny. I noticed it less in the classical music but once I switch to pop and 8 bit it was VERY noticeable. I just went into the equalizer in my music app, I was using Spotify, and turned the top three down some and it corrected it for me. I was also using close to full volume because I really wanted to see what it could do.
The look of this speaker is phenomenal and one major reason I went with this one over others. Sleek with a slight retro look, it's perfect for my home. The size is actually a little bit bigger than I had imagined it, no cause for issue though, it was a pleasent surprise! It was packaged nicely and had no damage to it at all. I also want to mention it came in a perfect sized shipping box.
I can't say much on battery life since I just received it but I played it at a pretty loud volume for about 2.5 hours straight out of the box with no charging and there was no low battery indicator. I also appreciate that when I disconnected to get my kids ready for bed after a while the speaker shut itself off to preserve battery life.
As far as the bluetooth goes it was super simple to connect to, just turn it on scan for devices with your phone and select it. I was walking all over my house so I could hear it from different areas. It's 3 levels, roughly 1900 sq ft and I didn't have any connectivity issues at all.
I would 100% recommend this speaker, especially for the price! I was originally looking at much more expensive speakers but I'm so happy I went with this one! My original reason to purchase a speaker was to play Halloween music outside during trick or treat, which I now know will be awesome, but my family is absolutely going to be enjoying this speaker for impromptu dance parties as well!

I recommend the Archeer A320 for its design, features and sound quality.
I purchased the Archeer A320 after researching Bluetooth speakers for sound quality, style and the ability to leave the speaker on for use with an Echo Dot. If you need or want this "feature" as well I can assure you that this speaker DOES NOT automatically turn itself off when it's not in use whether you are using the line-in or have it connected by Bluetooth.I wanted a speaker with a nice aesthetic for use in the kitchen/dining room area. My wife didn't want it to have a large footprint and I wanted it to be capable of producing great audio. The problem being that room filling quality audio is something that generally requires a larger speaker. The Archeer seemed to be a good choice because it met all of my physical criteria; I just needed to hear how it sounded. That is probably why you're reading this as well.I found that the A320 produces great audio,with solid bass; which can be heavy on certain tracks. The bass that this little speaker is capable of is truly rather surprising and it is tight and punchy. The bass is most appreciated at lower volume levels that typically sound rather tinny in small speakers. Music played at lower volume levels on the A320 is full-bodied and a real pleasure to listen to.Music played at higher volumes sounds great and the A320 is capable of substantial volume without any noticeable distortion. The bass remains prominent in the sound stage; however, it is clean and clear without the muddiness that enhanced bass has. If you are using the A320 via Bluetooth you can adjust the audio output with an equalizer app and fine tune the speaker's output to your liking. You can also do this using the line-in jack if the device you're attaching has the capability. Unfortunately the Amazon Echo can't be used to adjust bass, mid-range or treble despite what an online article states.The Archeer A320 is a solid buy and you will be pleasantly surprised by its solid build, style and audio quality. It arrives in a plain brown box and comes with an auxiliary cable as well as a USB to Micro USB charging/power cable. The instructions are hidden in one of the foam inserts protecting the speaker. If you are setting the speaker up with a Dot like I did with the 1/8 auxiliary cable and plug them both into the same USB power source you'll hear some feedback; this went away after I plugged them into separate USB ports and could have been because it was charging the speaker's battery. The A320 arrived at least partially charged and doesn't have a battery level indicator that I'm aware of.
