As a NY'er, I'm skeptical of a lot of things. I mean, come on, "Gets all the juice out?"
But my biggest concern was the price - $15 bucks for a plastic hand juicer? You kidding me?
I make fresh lemon and orange juice regularly so I'm also looking for a good juicer because fruit is expensive!
Anyways, since I was curious to see if this was real... and something about it looked different to me, I got it.
And I'm SO glad I did! It's freakin amazing!
So, here's what I think are the pluses & minuses:
Positives:
+ It really does get all the juice out! I have a squeezer, an electric juicer, and a huge commercial hand lever thing, and EZCJ beats them all. On average, I get 1/4 more juice out of my lemons and oranges so I save 1 lemon or 1 orange with each glass. In a week, EZCJ has saved me $6 so far. A definite value there.
+ This EZCJ is attractive. I've already had guests asking where I got it. Very cool! Hey EZCJ, you need a spokesperson to help you market this thing? :)
+ Good value. If you want to save money or time in the kitchen, the price is way worth it since you use 1 less lemon or 1 less orange. Plus, in the morning, I like that I'm in & out of the kitchen like that!
+ Easy. Know what I think of the name - EZ Citrus Juicer? Cheezy. But it really is easy since I took less than half the time using it and cleaning it compared to my POS B&D electric, which breaks often and needs replacing. But no more. I've got this now.
+ Compact. Living in NYC, space is a premium. This juicer is so small, I can store it in my kitchen cupboard with no problem. And since it's in my kitchen, instead of in storage like my huge commercial hand juicer, I can use it regularly. LOVE it!
Negatives:
-Size? Hey, can you make a bigger size? I feel that the bottom reservoir holds less than the 12 ozs. glass size before I have to pour it out. I'd like to pour it all in one shot please!
-Can you make a non-plastic one? I know it's food safe but I have friends who hate plastic so I can give this as a gift since they love to cook and make fresh squeezed lemonade.
-Why didn't you make this before? I needed this yesterday. But seriously, I wish you'd created this earlier since it would've saved lots of lemons and oranges from waste.
So, worth the $15? You bet! I also saw from the creator's website that they're a small family business in NY. Hey, whatsup man! You got a popup shop nearby?

Highly Effective, Premium Design, A Must have

I received my EZ Citrus Juicer last night and was impressed and delighted by my experience. The product is expertly designed and rugged, which I can't say for other like products. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into this product.☻ Tagline 'It Gets All the Juice Out.' Tbh I laughed when I saw this, and after juicing several lemons with this device, I can say that not only does it get as much juice as possible out of the lemon, it also gets right down right behind the rind of the lemon itself. Impressive☻ Quick and easy to use. Since this is not electric, not messing around with wires and plugs is a blessing. There are literally two pieces to the device the top and the bottom. A few quick turns of a half of a lemon and lime and you are down. Pour the juice into your drink or your homemade cooking.☻ Compact. I was surprised at how efficient and company this product is.
