Even more egregious, what little code there is sometimes has faulty explanations to go with it. For example, at the end of Chapter 6, there is a short piece of code, followed by an explanation. The book talks about the imagePath, the Choice element, and the Request[“Choice”] line in the code. Except, none of these items are in the code at all! The next chapter continues by saying, “in the last chapter, you had these lines…”, but again, the referenced lines of code do not exist in the code sample referenced. Inexcusably shoddy work.
This book has all of the earmarks of being something that the author threw together and self-published with an eye toward making a quick buck for little effort. Save your money, this book will not help you find programming success in a day, or ever.
