Although this is an exceptional set or it should be because it is Astro, and it wasn’t cheap at all it came broken... literally. And it came with this beautiful box and case so I am thinking wow I see why it costs so much! Uh no! It came broken and I even decided to give them a second chance and had the same problem.I ended up with a wired set that I found it Astros that actually work on everything.These also won’t work on anything except phones, and tablets not even a laptop. Kind of weird if you ask me! Astro is supposed to be the elite gaming experience in headphones and he couldn’t even use this for his PC even if it had not came broken both times.I also want to say that I did get these and it was supposed to be new/used refurbished etc. but that is not why they didn’t work. Because the set I got were wired with the dialer thing, works on everything, it is beautiful and it also is the same, refurbished and/or new used, and it works like a dream. Guess how much those cost? $4.00 more literally.Search and you can find Astro’s for 70.00 and they work like they are brand new out of the box. This one, the Bluetooth is not so much. I got two broken wines out the window! And I read a review that a guy had the same problem as I did with the first one I got that the ear piece was broken like a the one I pictured. Wonder if they sent me the broken one and hoped I wouldn’t complain. Regardless don’t buy. Waste of time.

They came intact nothing broken or cracked, super glad I purchased these headsets. These are my everyday now & have replaced my RAZER Barracuda X headset’s, will buy the black versions soon.
