Had a lightning strike near our home. Power surge disabled the router and its satellite range extenders. Asurion sent a paid mailing label with clear instructions and the unit was dropped off at the UPS store. Asurion texted me they had received the product and kept me informed. A week later I received a text that the product was not repairable and I was issues a Amazon gift card for a full refund. Easy and straightforward.

Full refund on 2 year old XP Pen Pro 22E Tablet That Died

Like many here, I've seen all of the bad reviews, and I can't speak for any of the other products under warranty (Asurion warranties many products of different types), but I bought a 22 inch XP Pen art tablet that went dead after 2 years, and Asurion refunded the entire cost of the unit within a week, with zero issues or hassle. Sent me a free return label, and then sent me Amazon credit. I couldn't be happier with their conduct.

So my review: Never buy anything from XP Pen - it is cheap, buggy garbage. If you're serious about art, commit to something from Wacom. But if you *must* buy from XP Pen? Be sure to get an Asurion warranty with it. At least then you can discover how bad XP Pen is with a safety net.
