Easy to file a claim

I found it very easy to file a claim with Asurion. I started by trying to search using the email address associated with my Amazon account. When I couldn't find it that way, I used the DM on their website and provided them with the original Amazon order number. They found it in no time. We were then able to submit the claim in a few minutes. I received a prepaid UPS label by email to send back the defective item. I received an Amazon gift card for the $ amount of my original purchase within 48 hours and have now ordered the replacement. Definitely worth purchasing with other products in the future!

I have a kid who is really smart, but also really stubborn (he gets that stubbornness from his mom). After two high-end performance game controllers he bought both failed after a few months (that he bought with his own money), he begged me to order him another one, that he would, again, pay for. I told him no because these controllers are not made well and seem to have a lot of quality control issues. He kept at it, and I told him I would only do so if he bought the Asurion warranty that I see Amazon offer every time I buy an electronic device. He agreed, so I let him buy another controller. Sure enough, after 5 months, this stupid controller broke. This time, he had the Asurion warranty that he had purchased for a few bucks. The manufacture support for this controller is a joke, after a few prompt replies, I was shifted over to another group, where my 6 email followups went ignored, and then after a month, I was asked for information I had already submitted. Getting the run-around from them, I contacted Asurion. Asurion stepped up and replaced the controller immediately. The entire process, from speaking with support, to the pick-up of the broken controller (Asurion scheduled a delivery service to pick up the broken controller) to the reimbursement was worth every penny of the warranty's cost. I would highly recommend Asurion's warranty based on this experience. This was one of the smoothest warranty replacements I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

The headphones I got are special designed so prone to break after a few months of using but like I said never had a problem sending back and getting a refund to purchase new ones.
