The product which I bought this warranty for was delivered almost two weeks ago, this warranty is non-existant at this point. I want the warranty I PAID for! I've even wrote to the ASURION folks with NO reply. TRIED contacting Amazon through "Chat" line ... that as is most times a joke ...

Very thin glass ---my wife had just made a full pot of coffee and was pouring a cup when the glass broke at the neck of the pot almost causing her to be scalded ---the pot itself didn't break just at the neck glass is very thin ---might be a defect ---if is made that way --they need to change it.
