The Pockets Are It!

I love the size and the many pockets in the Kah & Kee backpack/bag. I expected a few more pockets on the inside. I'm guessing that Nabei has a design patent on the interior pocket placement. I have a bigger similar design by the latter company.
I have to admit when I bought it I hadn't realized it was a carryall for baby.
Yes, this meets most of my expectations. I love the sturdiness of its frame. I have a grey with yellow trim, which goes with most things.
My favorite pocket is the little pocket on the left in the back that's just big enough for my MetroCard. My second favorite pocket is the protruding pocket on the front that I put my lotion, lip balm, and lip colors.
Nice design. Similar, but not quite, to something I've designed a couple of years ago.

I had to call Asurion few times, the first time the rep promised the warranty claim was processed and I'll get my money within a week. Two weeks later I contact Asurion again, apparently there was no claim in the record and I'm told I need to ship the product back, then I'll get my money. Weeks later, nothing - I had to contact them again, give tracking number and begging to process my warranty claim. This is unacceptable - I'm very disappointed with Asurion and won't buy their warranty coverage again.

I bought this plan to cover my kids school backpacks. I liked the added protection in case one of the backpacks didn’t stand up to daily use by my kids. I’m glad I took the extra precaution because one backpack only lasted two months before it fell apart.
My only concern was that when I tried to file a claim online I was given a runaround. After I THOUGHT the claim was filed, I waited several weeks for a response and heard nothing. I didn’t get any help until I called. Fortunately I was able to talk to a human. Once I spoke to him, everything was resolved rather quickly.
