The mouse has a critical design flaw. When clicking down the two small buttons beside the left click, the inputs sometimes get stuck. The switches themselves depress, click, and unclick just fine, but ocassionally the input will get stuck and be forced to continuously repeat until the button is pressed again to hopefully break the cycle. Other times, it doesn't register the clicks at all.
I have exchanged this mouse three times within the past week. Each mouse had the same issue and I was able to replicate it within minutes. During tight gameplay this type of error is extremely frustrating, and caused losses on dozens of occasions.
This issue exists due to a lack of poor quality control. I love ASUS Products. I had the original Spatha and purchased 4 of them, replacing one each time one broke until a software update bricked my mouse.
Stay clear of this mouse until the issue is fixed.

Switching my review from 1 star to 5. After a length customer support process with ASUS, I was able to get them to both recognize and replicate the design flaw. It took a couple of months but they called me and let me know would be fixed in the next software update. I plugged the mouse in yesterday, ran the firmware updates, and my issue has been patched out, making this mouse once again on the best MMO Mice out there especially for big hands.
