When I called to get authorization for return, I specifically asked to waive the 30% charge for restocking. The girl who helped me basically said it was the decision of the owner and they probably will not waive the fee. I wrote a letter of explanation with my return, I stated would have purchased the correct handset, but they did not have it in their stock. Nevertheless, I was charged the 30% restocking fee.
I feel the company did not adequately present the product for an informed purchase by the consumer. The fact that they did not honor my request to waive restock fee, which is a large percentage of purchase, was unreasonable and in fact, thievery.
I will never do business with this company again and should have heeded the advice of other negative reviewers on the Amazon site. If you are wise, stay away from doing business with Acedepot.

Be clear this is not a phone. You need the at&t phone first, then this will act as an extra, necessary I suppose if you have a gigantic house.Published on January 5, 2013 by Amaia por siempre
